Wednesday 6th January 2010

It's all going good - I'm starting to enjoy doing the routines!

6 x 30 minute Slendertone abs session.

1 x 30 minute Tripollar abs session.

The only slight problem has been some intercostal muscle soreness on my left side. I think it's due to cranking up to 3 hours the last few days so going to try taking it slightly easier tomorrow.
