Monday 11th January 2010

Well I am ashamed to admit I had both Saturday and Sunday off from my exercise routine as I had a migraine and was sick quite a few times! :( Bad times. However I caught up today with my FIRST visit back to L A Fitness.

30 minutes treadmill.

15 minutes rower.

2 x 30 minute Slendertone abs session.

Good to be back!
