A good day today! Very inspired by a whole bunch of uber-fit men at L A Fitness today - including the assistant manager who seems to have bulked up over Christmas while I was .... otherwise absent. He always was very slim but just has got some amazing definition. It's proof that it CAN be done! So;
35 minutes on the treadmill.
5 x 30 minutes Slendertone abs sessions.
1 x 30 minute Tripollar session.
