After another long day at PICU - so good trying out Nathan's workout while watching TV!

3 x reps of;

15 x hammer curls
15 x side hammers
15 x concentration curls
15 x shoulder lifts
15 x side shoulder lifts
15 x lats.

Working up towards the full 5 sets after work!
