New Beginnings!

Wow - this is exciting stuff.

Had my first personal training session with a great mate - Nathan D'Rozario - who put me through my paces. Really got a good sense that this 12 week workout is gonna be fab. I think I respond better to routine and goals rather than floating about doing whatever.

So today he made me do;

15 x bicep curls (barbell)

15 x shoulder lifts (barbell)

5 reps of each.

Then ...

15 x hammer curls (dumbell)
15 x side hammers
15 x concentration curls (seated on sofa)
15 x shoulder lifts (front)
15 x shoulder lifts (side)
15 x lat lifts - at angle

5 reps on each arm.
